Licensed nursing home administrator for 16 years for ohio

Have been in long term care for over 40 years, worked my way up the ladder and became an administrator, I am a leader who leads by example,I work with them, and do what is needed to get job task completed I will train staff personally to ensure they understand. I review and rewrite polices and procedures as needed. I provide inservices to all employees. I maintain budgets and work with the department heads to make sure they understand the process. I meet with individuals and assist in conflict resoultions.I direct the administrative staff and over see all employees and all residents for nursing homes in Ohio.
