Support investigation process of alleged food borne illness reports follow protocol and enlist corporate quality assurance support. * Facilitate Twenty-Four 5-Minute Training Topics weekly and conduct new associate training using the Passport Port of Call. * Conduct Monthly Food Safety Inspections and delegate tasks for improvement * Support third party food safety audits conducted on campus interpret and support corrective actions for non-compliance. * Support health inspections conducted on campus interpret and support corrective actions for non-compliance. * Assist managers to find solutions to QA challenges due to individual unit differences.
