I have 16 years hospital experience. Here are a few classes that I just took to help acquire this position: Business decision making, current legal, ethical, and regulations in healthcare, the health care industry, such as the lean process, and fiscal management in health care services. The skills and qualifications are customer service, computer experience, and some administration experience within the last 16 years. I would maintain and support the improvement process use critical thinking which I have done for 16 years, I have also taught many doctors at one time a new computer system, work with the standard of care within the health care system.
