I am seeking a position with a company such as yours that will allow me to utilize my 30 years of culinary experience. At the same time afford me the opportunity to continue to advance in my career. I have over 20 years of restaurant management back of house experience. I am proficient with advanced restaurant POS/computer software, Aloha, Squirrel and others. I will, analyze/price menus, comply with federal/local health and safety regulations, train/teach personal, control/manage food/supplies and inventories, and create daily specials/correctly cost out new menus, enforce company policies/procedures. As an executive chef I am trained in French, Italian, Mexican, Southwestern, Asian and other cuisines, fine spa dining, showpieces and ice carvings.
