I am a Register Nurse with a MSN/MHA who is currently working as a clinical coordinator and looking to make the next move into management. I have been a RN for the last 15 years and in a leadership role since 2002. When I decided that I wanted to make an advancement in my career I thought it important to advance my career as well. I am a strong leader that believes in ensuring excellence in patient care, ensuring that the nursing staff has the education that they need to be successful in the position that they hold, they feel that the position they hold is important to them, and that there is a positive work enviroment. Policy, procedure and standard work must me followed to ensure that all the above occur on a daily basis. I have been trained at Virginia Mason in Seattle, Washington and at my current employer in Kaizan and have been involved in the RPIW process.
