 Electronics Engineer with wide range expertise  Extensive experience in a mainstream commercial / industrial electronics product development company including civilian and military projects (DOD).  Developing of both analog and digital circuits with microprocessor control experience  Power Supplies design  Analog Circuit design, RF, PCB implementation and electromagnetic simulation: Down-Converters, Up-Converters, Power Amplifiers, IF Amplifiers, Low Noise Amplifiers, Mixers, Filters, Couplers, and RF Assemblies from DC to 50 GHz range.  Electronics circuit’s simulation tools knowledge: ADS HP EESOF (Advanced Design System), Momentum, Cascade, ORCAD Capture, Layout Plus  Developing High speed, analog, RF and digital signal transmission. Microstrip and stripline components experience  HMIC design and clean room experience.  Knowledge in modulation techniques (FM, PSK, FSK, QPSK, etc.) and 3GPP GSM/CDMA standards.  Evaluation, testing and debugging of analog, RF and digital circuits  Extensive experience with wide range Test and Measurement devices and techniques: Vector Network Analyzers, Scalar Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Synthesizers, Noise Figure Meters, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes.  Strong problem solving, debugging skills combined with methodical approach  Computer Skills - Proficient in Windows and MS Office  Experienced in delivering technical documentation for projects  Technical Project Management experience  Team Leader experience  Solid communication and interpersonal qualities  Languages: English, Russian, Hebrew
