I have 3 years managing IT programmers, however, my focus was always quality related. I have 13 years of manufacturing and engineering support from Motorola and understand production line needs when issues are found. In addition, I have 2 years of medical device experience in areas of design, qualification, validate product instruction documents, conduct 3rd party tests, and validate signatures for ship acceptance of health care devices, and grant final approval for production to begin manufacturing product. I fully understand the need for adherence to well defined protocols/SOP’s, they are key to production flow and reaching throughput for each production line. I'm looking to get back in manufacturing where my efforts will contribute to the success of an Oneblood. My experience in retail quality support focused on speed to market. I’ve developed specifications; protocols were in line with FDA standards, created quality assurance manuals, inspection test plans, and worked with supplier to improve products. While at Duke Energy, I managed four projects from the quality perspective; to ready them for new standards launching in 2014. I internalized Duke Energy’s new standards, analyzed projects current documentation, created new quality documents for each project, and guided each project through understanding new Duke Energy standards.
