Art Director/Graphic Designer

My objective is to find a position in a creative company that will challenge my design skills. I believe my experiences and accomplishments both in and out of the advertising world give me an unusual skillset that I can pull from in overcoming obstacles whether part of the job or not. I welcome challenges and love solving problems, whether design or other. Asides from having worked my way up to a manager Art Director position in an ad agency, I have owned my own businesses and had my own employees, so I know how to take orders or give guidence. I can work by myself or in a team environment. I prefer being around people rather than freelancing at home, but I'm usually working on projects whether at work or home. A hard worker doesn't even begin to describe the commitment and reliability I bring to an environment. I notoriously don't ask anyone to do something I can do myself, but do know how to ask for help or delegate out jobs to speed up the process on a project.
