Director of Social Services in a 60 bed acute psychiatric inpatient setting. Manage/train/motivate clinical staff providing services to varied population. Work closely with Director of Nursing to manage all aspects of hospital care. Direct multidisciplinary team in order to provide clientele with excellent clinical care. Training of all staff in clinical documentation. Responsible for updates on policy and procedures related to clinical care. Serve as on call administrator
