Water Resources Engineer

I have over 25 years of professional experience in Hydrologic/Hydraulic modeling and analyses of watersheds, bridges/culverts with scour analyses, stormwater management, floodplain mapping, site and roadway drainage design, erosion and sediment control along with excellent report preparation skills including eye-catching Excel worksheets and graphs as well as drawings. I have excellent knowledge of Hydrologic/Hydraulic software and modeling skills in HEC-1, HEC-HMS, TR-20, WinTR-55, VTPSUHM, NFF/NSS, PeakFQ, HEC-RAS, CheckRAS, HEC-GeoRAS, HEC-ResSim and HEC-2. Also, excellent knowledge and skills in 2-D Modeling using SMS/FESWMS; Bentley’s – PondPack, FlowMaster, StormCAD, CulvertMaster, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, HY-8, GEOPAK and MDSHA’s - ABSCOUR & MPADD programs, AutoCAD/Civil 3-D, Microstation, ArcGIS, EPA SWMM as well as Microsoft Office Suite and took FLO-2D and Advanced GEOPAK Drainage Training. Demonstrated experience in creating HEC-RAS models and floodplain mapping using HEC-GeoRAS as well as creating watershed/hydrologic models using HEC-HMS involving complex water resources systems (can present a complex model I created as evidence). I had created watershed, reservoir operation simulation, flood routing, and other computer programs in FORTRAN and Basic earlier.
