Medical Assistant, Nassau County, NY or NYC

I am eager to obtain a position as a P/T Medical Assistant while I further my medical education by taking courses at night. Since I reside in Holliswood, NY offices in Nassau County, Queens or Manhattan are conveniently located and allow me to attend evening courses. I have over three years directly related experience working in the Urology Division of Weill Cornell Medical Center and also for Dr. Michael, Sloane, an Internist in private practice. In addition, I am a NHA Licensed Phlebotomist and EKG Technician. My long-term career goal is to become a Physician Assistant. Ultimately, I want to contribute to the medical field in a significant way. Personally, I have a strong work ethic with ambition and passion to learn about health related issues and new medical technology. I also have excellent communicative, organizational, research and office skills.
