As a Certified Food Scientist, I want to continue to use my background and be involved with new product development and study new trends in the food industry,while helping others through my accomplishments. To this capacity, I have lead and developed several project in food and beverages. This includes formulating flavor ingredients use in making beverages, bakery, dairy, and savory products. I have also initiated food projects for packaging and food safety while extending the shelf life of fresh food products. I enjoy working on new projects and inspiring younger people in my field.
