At my present position I imitated the Systematic Plan of Evaluation which is essential to attain National League for Nursing Accreditation. Since I started here in March of 2006 I have attained three accreditations for this school

Highlights:

I won the Golden Heart Award for Excellence in Nursing Education in 2007. I began my nursing education in a Diploma School of Nursing to become a Registered Nurse. I am most proud of achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, 120 credits in five years part-time while working full-time and raising two small children. I graduated Cum Laude.

Developing and maintaining the Systematic Plan of Evaluation, forming collaborative relationships with the faculty, the staff and the student nurses. Responsible for the following annual reports: The School of Nursing, and the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing, the National League for Nursing and the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission. Managed a yearly budget of two million dollars. Since October of 2010 I was responsible for two full-time positions and I became the Coordinator of the First Year curriculum. This included class schedules, teaching the faculty to write test questions in the format for success on the National State Board of Nursing Examination. It included teaching faculty to do item analysis on test questions and biserial index to determine validity and reliability of test questions.
