•Lead and manage all aspects of client projects from project inception to final rollout including managing assigned project team and developing and managing project plans and schedules using deliverables based on project management methodology. If necessary, define project deliverables and develop estimates needed to achieve project objectives. •Provide project management and strategy consultation for a hospital acquisition and merger. •Lead and manage business merger efforts between Providence and acquired hospital for Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Supply Chain streams. •Provide project management from product selection through implementation for Call Accounting and Telephone Hospitality applications for the resort opening. •Administer full scope training program for 50+ applications including development of training plans, training materials, policies and procedures, coordination of vendor and in-house training, and training equipment and location procurement. •Create a Program Management Business Proposal to document and assess the current state Project Management Office, program management value proposition analysis, proposed strategic approach, and implementation and change management roadmap guide. •Function in an advisory role, providing strategic vision to understand the overall scope and goals of a project, deliverables and timelines and provide expert implementation guidance to solve the client’s business challenges.
