My experience consists of many years in administrative roles in Healthcare both in the for-profit and non-for-profit sector. In today’s healthcare environment this mix of experiences, in combination with other important traits I possess may be of interest to you. Key attributes I offer include: • The ability to develop staff and leaders by providing clear direction, training and allowing for increased responsibility. • The vision to identify opportunities and act on them resulting in additional revenue and/or reduced costs. • The keen awareness of the importance of medical staff development and patient satisfaction. • The ability to maximize productivity by efficiently utilizing resources. • The ability to partner with physicians and help them be part of program development and growth through joint efforts. • Working understanding of LEAN for Process improvement: Value Stream Analysis (VSA), Rapid improvement Events (RIE), Use of Lean Tools My objective is to find a senior level position with an organization that is progressive and that has a need for the expertise I poses.
