I am a skilled and experienced professional in the areas of engineering development, project management, quality management, change management and manufacturing management. I have been responsible for managing multiple successful projects in which I have had primary responsibility for leading an execution team through the entire life cycle of a program, from proposal to production, and all phases in between. I have led multiple successful product proposal efforts involving cross functional teams and led those programs to successful conclusion. I have improved profitability and efficiency through managing significant organizational changes and the implementation of state of the art manufacturing programs, program management processes, quality management systems and product development processes. These accomplishments were successful through my ability to assemble a committed team of professionals to develop and execute a comprehensive plan of action.
