While learning the ropes as a VP at Bank of America, I was sent to a Stanford Executive Mgmt Program. I joined the "Homebrew Club" and learned to love start-ups. A few years later, I jumped ship and have been a CEO, CFO, COO and CSO of multiple new companies. A few have been home runs, most were moderately successful. A few died horrible deaths (but I learned more from those).
