Since completing radiology technology training in 1994 I have worked in a private physicians office as a rad tech, earned a certificate in Mammography and trained at one of the largest comprehensive breast centers in the Southeast. I have also earned a certificate in MRI and worked as and MRI tech in a private setting as well as a hospital setting. I am currently working in a comprehensive breast center in which I perform screening and diagnostic examinations using Siemens Novation FFD. I perform breast ultrsound and assisited with ultrasound guided core needle biopsies and stereotactic breast biospies. I have also earned a Bachelor in Health Science degree from MUSC.

I am currently employed with a private outpatient breast imaging center. I assist the radiologist with ultrasound guided core needle biopsies, ultrasound guided mammotome biopsies, and stereotactic mammotome biopsies. Because our center offers many modalities, I often assist other departments with fluroscopy exmaminations, dexa scans, xrays and MRI studies.
