I have been in the medical field for 20 years and worked at the County hospital business office for 10 years. I played a tricky role where I was involved with managers/supervisors and directors in a business office setting without actually having the label of a management role. I had an analyst role. Because of this HR has trouble deciding where I fit into their job titles.I am looking to grow either in an analyst respect or a management respect but I wish to stay involved either way in the revenue cycle process.
