Highlights:

When I worked for ABC Harware & Rental, I created a communit support program that partnershiped with two vocational schools and awarded six top achievers each school year with a $100 savings bond, a one year 25% discount card for purchases from the store related to the students vocational trade, a 10% one year discount card for all the winning students class mates as being a 'supporting team'; and an article with photos published in local and suburban news papers. All teachers whom participated in the efforts to help determine what students will be runners up for each semister where also given an 'eternal' discount card of 20% to assist in the side purchase of materials needed for the classes taught that often could not be funded by the Buffalo Board of Education. Unfortunately, after the 911 incident, the program had to be cut.
