Hi, I am a Good Experienced Civil Engineer, But I am a new residence In the US (Since July, 24th, 2012) living in Concord/ CA. I have a long term experience in road works. (21 years in Iraq and the last 14 years in the United Arab Emirates), Two different system of works. I am sure that the system in the United States is different also, So I am looking for any position in a Road Works at least to understand the system and get the local experience them the company will nominate the suitable position I believe that I will succeed in my challenge before up to now I succeeded in my haul previous works, Improving productivity, and reducing the cost with good quality.
