Over the past ten years, I have worked for major finance firms, loan servicing organizations and lending institutions. I have performed in various positions which emphasized credit analysis, compliance, review of financials and loan documents for lending decisions. I also have a strong understanding of the real estate industry and servicing issues related CMBS transactions.
