I am knowledgeable of companies’ business goals and the needed requirements to meet them. I have experience on different processes and areas such as strategy, human capital, finance, operation, marketing, commercial and technology. I developed several management tools. I have international experience and innovative background. As the CEO of Human Capital Int., I learned to interpret and teach several assessment tools, my profile presents a High Drive and High Influence which both have helped me to be a team player. I have been trained in different leadership techniques and learning methodology, such as Linkage and 4MAT. I understand educational needs and tendencies and I also recognized that in many countries education is a concern and an aspect to improve. I am passionate with education and in my new job I will look to improve my educational, human resources and pedagogical knowledge. I see myself as a Director, Dean or CEO of an international group dedicated to improve education.
