Proficient in public health and nursing supervision; Knowledgeable of the resources and organizations concerned within the public health arena, and current social and economic problems pertaining to public health; Adept to public health services in Broward County and Florida Department of health; experienced in staff development and program educational methods and training techniques; working knowledge of State and federal laws relating to public and community health. Have the ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise the work of others and to present findings, communicate clearly and concisely in oral and/or written form; ability to exercise good judgment in appraising situations and making decisions; capability to plan and execute work effectively and to deal sensitively with the public and other health professionals. Have effective skills in using Microsoft Office applications: specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and electronic health records.
