I have been employed with Petco Animal Supplies since Sept 2002. I was hired as a team lead and was responsible for shift supervision, customer service, and money handling. In April 2004, I was promoted to Assistant Manager in charge of Operations and by Oct 2004I was a Store Manager, responsible for a crew of 10-15 associates and the daily tasks of running a store, from scheduling and profit and loss to customer service and animal care. In March 2006, I was promoted to Market Trainer, a pilot position responsible for training salaried managers in my stores and overseeing all new associate training. I currently cover two districts, totaling 21 stores and have assisted in the develpoment and enhancements to several training programs during the last year.
