Iwould love to run a swim school,and hire and train, the lifeguarding and teaching staff to my high standards. My belief is swimming should be fun and anyone can learn the basics,ie. floating, bubbles, kicking,strokes and jumping in un asissted in five lessons. Technique is the key,be strict and loving at the same time. I have my degree ib child psychology and a minor in rec management. I have raise four children as a single mother and understand how get them to swim even when their scared. My experience in working with parents is invaluable.
