Effectively oversaw shipping entries in MTSSA, and reconciled with FedEx, DHL, and National Air Cargo billing, ensuring all shipments were properly entered and tracked through entire shipping process, while always maintaining reliability, availability, and maintainability. Expertly asset several automated supply systems and researched, stock control, demand processing, issuing, storage, and accounting for supplies and equipment. Promptly prepared supply requests, maintaining accountability of all recoverable items, while preparing shipping documentation, keeping record and inventory of all incoming/outgoing shipments. Maintained 98% Accountability for Spares Parts Stocks and indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) received and shipped throughout Theater. Adeptly check IPDM daily for parts requests, logistical distribution point for outgoing cargo and returned parts, process Return Material Authorizations (RMA) to be returned to vendor with all pertinent data, and return serviceable parts into ASL inventory, making appropriate adjustments to inventory balances. Diligently prepare all necessary documents, including: HAZMAT, DD1149, Drain Statement, and RFID TAGS, for shipping generators and RMA’S by Military Air, National Cargo, and DHL. Closed site and transferred 500,000 dollars’ material and property to military counterpart.
