Hello, my name is Otis Magee. Regarding the mental health position, I believe that the whole learning process is not limited to a school setting. Learning can take place anywhere and hopefully we all will be life long learners, continually seeking new knowledge and ideas responding to them. However, there are some things that people cannot learn on their own and have difficulty in doing so. A school setting is where these skills and concepts can be learned, upon which the students can expand and develop for themselves. I enjoy teaching very much… it is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. I truly enjoy working with the young adults. It is my calling. In summary, I believe that I possess the unique qualifications as an work to be effective in the role of program coordinator for student leadership with student development. You can expect that I will work collaboratively with students and staff design programs and services to enhance the student learning experience.
