I'm a consumer detective, a maven of moderating and an instigator of insights. I use data and qualitative consumer research to figure out what people do, why they do it and use it to improve brand engagement, sharpen focus and fuel growth. I help build brand pipelines that generate emotion. I've hit the trifecta - working on the client/brand side, the agency planning side and now on my own.
