RN Case Management, 13 specialty areas of acute care experience, charge RN roles with multidisiplinary staff success

I have worked 12 years in 13 speciality areas of acute care, adult population, nursing. Having many charge RN positions, I have experienced the full gamete of clinical nursing. I am well knowldeged in the diagnostic related fields of medical conditions at large and have received many accolades as to my forte' lying heavily in coordinating care for patients from admission to discharge. While beginning discharge planning upon admission, I have a keen sense of the patient "wholistically" and have seen through numerous successful disease management ad prevention in the home setting. I have a passion for helping others on multi-tier levels and insight to exceed standards within the scope of recognizing a patient's needs. I work well with people and integret into difficult situations with ease. Doctor's respect my input, families' appreciate my eagerness to improve the integrity of lives for their loved ones and I, in return, get solid job satisfaction as to my contributions made in this "prevention and wellness" day of medicine. My goals are to work within a company where success is met with abilities to grow as as a RN, continuing to put to work my strengths as both professionally and personally.
