I need a challenging managerial position with a company that entails working with a family-like team that supports its team players with loyalty and many opportunities to demonstrate its creative talents. This position should involve a company with integrity and the willingness to train its team players to the highest levels management. Since I believe that all employees are part of management to a significant degree, both my goals and the goals of the company need to be equivalent to a singular purpose---, i.e., to precisely serve the needs and goals of its patrons, which are the backbone of any company with a solid foundation
