Manager Director Environmantal Health & Safety

My goal is to bring to a company a strong safety & health background that includes the technical and theoretical knowledge with a proven professional field experience. I have been teaching safety and health related topics for 20 plus years. I have also been providing safety & health loss control services for many Fortune 500 companies as well as for smaller companies. In this capacity I have also been teaching at the undergraduate and master’s degree level as well as teaching various safety & health professionals at several OSHA Education Training Centers. I have also been either a Course Chair or teach various OSHA safety & health courses. I have developed class objectives, developed exercises, paper topics, written course outlines and matrixes along with developing manuals and selecting books for many classes. Most importantly I have almost 30 years of real field experience in occupational safety & health with emphasis in industrial hygiene. I spent almost 19 years with the Continental Insurance Company which merged with the CNA Insurance Company. My last position was as a Home Office Director of Industrial Hygiene. For the last 15 years I have owned my own Safety & Health Company. In this capacity I have provided Environmental, Safety & Health as well as Industrial Hygiene and Epidemiology type services as well providing various safety & health training, assessments, program development and administration of job safety hazard assessments. I feel that my between my work experience, formal education and teaching that I would be an outstanding edition to your college.
