•Project Management: Plan, organize and manage major IT and other projects and project resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives; while honoring the challenges of the project constraints in terms of scope, time and budget with the aim of optimizing the allocation and integration of inputs necessary to meet the project objectives. •Network/System Engineer: Hands-on installation and implementation of network hardware and software including server OS upgrades and migrations, router and switch configuration, firewall installation and policy configuration. •Desktop Deployment and Management: Develop and build standard images; plan and implement the best possible strategy for deployment of desktop operating systems and applications. •Training: Provide one-on-one and group session training on network and other IT application software. •PC Technician: Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and repairing computers and other IT devices.
