Credit Management

I seek a challenging opportunity where I can use my past knowledge and grow with a company that will be home. My past experience ranges from growing up in a sales organization that my father owned, to working in banking as an asset based lender/factoring, to importing, manufacturing, logistics, and as an independent business consultant. I have the opportunity to work as the Controller for banks as they sent me in to companies with bad loans in an attempt to get the client upright and the loan within formula. I have done A/P, made decisions on downsizing of staffs, worked with creditors on payouts and with the lenders to allow enough cash so the company could continue to operate. I have the ability to think and work outside the box and grow within an organization. I have had positive results with every company I have worked for, especially in the receivable area reducing bad debt while working closely with sales to allow for sales growth. I am not satisfied with fixing a problem but seek the root cause and work with the necessary individual(s) to put a permanent solution in place so the problem does not come back again.
