• Highly self-motivated, pro-active and result oriented professional with IT experience of 8+ years in Manual and Automation testing. • More than 3 years of experience working as a team lead, mentored team members, project cost estimation, producing quality metrics/reports and presenting to management, clients and other stakeholders. • QA experience in all phases of STLC life cycle, including requirements gathering, risk analysis, project planning, scheduling, testing, defect tracking, management, and reporting. • Broad experience in working with onshore and offshore resources model and worked on diversified projects in different industries like Banking and Financial, Communications, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, etc. • Possess excellent problem solving, analytical skills and ability to interact with customers with ease and professionalism. • Good experience in Automated testing tools like Win Runner 7.0, Quick Test Pro 10.0 and exposure to performance testing tools like Load Runner 11.0. Working experience of bug tracking tools like HP Quality Center 9.0 and 10.0, Rational Clear Quest, Test Director, Jira and Bug Tracker. • Ability to work either independently or as a part of a team.
