I absolutely love Long Term Care. There I have an opportunity to make a difference in a resident's life. Not only do I possess the skills to provide dietary advice and education, but I can also liberalize diets and provide beautiful meals. I believe it is a privilege to work in their home. I work as many hours as it takes. I am skilled at charting and choose to be proactive with issues.
