Project Management/Superintendent

My current position has given me the ability to expand my knowledge of building top quality commercial buildings as well as build outs and current commercial code. I am proud to say with timely as TOP QUALITY knowledge of commercial building I am the one for this position. My references and current employer will speak for me to the work I can perform! I am also quite an expert in Logistics…Being in engineering and construction, from running up to five sub divisions at one time, and millions of dollars in equipment, and materials has given me the ability to evaluate and trouble shoot many situations on moving material, people in the best fit for the job with less time and material. I am and still have several contractors and sub contractors contact me on a regular basis to see how my well being is and how they enjoyed working with me and in hopes in the future…I take pride in that. My mission in any job that I have had or will have is to give my 100%. I possess many skills in the building trade, from take-offs to walk thrus, and everything in between. I am very hands on and am not afraid to put my tool belt on or get dirty. In my previous position as a superintendent for a very large development and building company, I had the best walk thrus of any other superintendent in the company. I look at building a home for someone as if it were my own, and want them to feel that they are getting a well built home.
