Description
Managed Division’s relocation services and furniture/equipment repairs. • Operated the Division’s Admin Procurement system database and reviewed requests for repairs to various office equipment and determined if repairs were necessary, and whether the equipment repairs warranted the expenditure of funds. • Ensured necessary repairs were performed through service agencies, commercial firms under government contract, and through private contractors. • Assisted in planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all on-site construction activities. • Maintained the Division’s furniture storage facilities and oversaw the distribution, storage, replacement, maintenance, and utilization of office furniture, equipment, and supplies. • Performed daily property management operations.
