Led the negotiations for multi-year contracts achieving over $1M annual savings, while providing strategic technology advancements and disaster recovery solutions. • Business Manager – Budget control and administration. Key contributor to achieving more than 30% budget reductions over the past 3 years. Accomplished by streamlining business processes, improving asset receiving-tracking, expanding contract scopes while reducing vendor pricing and providing data analytics and return on investment analysis to recommend best strategic practices. • Infrastructure Project Manager – Design and build of 2,000 sq ft. data center.
