My objectives in my professional career are to be in a position where I can utilize my education and experience to the betterment of the organization. Organizational Operations is an art of managing all aspects of a business from personnel to finances, from policies to legislation, from training to program management and all duties as assigned. This is a career field that needs a large amount of organization, people skills, human resource legislation, and an ability to quickly assess a situation and create an immediate and successful plan of action. My strongest criticism and most favorable compliment is that I both understand and implement regulations for the protection and betterment of the organizations for which I am responsible. The most important asset in any business are the people involved in the organization, the most important attribute is teamwork. As a task oriented individual, I am ready to do the work necessary to move any organization to it next level of operation.
