Currently I am attending class / studying for my Real Estate License and I am scheduled to attend Yardi Genesis Property Management software training in October at the Anaheim Convention Center. I have been a Project Manager for over the past six months for single free standing home renovation and upgrades as well as staging the residential property which sold the first weekend of open house for $6,000 over asking price. I am organized and work time efficient retaining the integrity of the budget / cash flow for project. I follow through on each project with impeccable record maintenance, with documentation to support budget, time line, contractors / sub contractors license, change orders, permits and receipts. Reviewing all contracts and communication between contractors and clients.
