Responsibilities
Presently the mobilization officer coordinating and tracking the notification and inprocessing of Navy Reservists, monitoring of their status and their family's welfare while on they are on Active Duty, and providing personal counseling and outprocessing on their return. Generally there are 5 to 10 mobilizations a month with approximately 25 active cases at a time.
Presently the Supply department supervisor, overseeing the day to day administrative business of a $59,000.00 a year budget Reserve Center with one staff member who is a subject matter expert to manage the purchasing.
Provide personal counseling and advocacy for military personnel and Reserve personnel with injuries in their dealings with the Military Health care system and successful navigation through TRICARE.
