I have been in the medical field for twelve years total. From being a charge nurse in my home country Lebanon to be a technician at level one trauma hospital. Medical Research Studies are the key to reach solutions for current and future diseases. Being close to people who suffered and some that are still suffering from tough diseases, I am very enthusiastic to learn and help in finding new studies to help prevent major diseases or problems in the medical field. Since I have managed a unit of critical care in Lebanon, I always showed an interest in bringing new ideas to the department. The key to solve a problem at work is to know where to start and what are the outcomes of this problem. I have learned through my experiences in life is to be positive and objective with people. The next step was to come to a different country and deal with a new culture and environment. It is difficult but it was not impossible to proceed and achieve success. I have earned my Biology degree from the Elms College and I proceeded to work at level one trauma hospital in Springfield MA. I also gained the capabilities to be a medical interpreter and to help patients who speak my native language which is Arabic. During my college studies, I have performed two full semesters of biological research. The studies described the growth of tadpoles in different living environments.
