IT Technical Support Specialist
I wish to apply for the position of IT Technical Support Specialist. I have recently completed PC Pro schools Microsoft Training Program and currently have two Microsoft Certifications. This IT Technical Support Specialist position is exactly what I am looking for to utilize my skills and education. In addition to the aforementioned IT industry training, I have 3+ years of customer service skills working in a call center environment, which is definitely relevant to a help desk career, such as this one. I also have utilized my skills by working for a contract house where I went company to company fixes hardware and software issues on the fly. I understand that a help desk role requires a high level of communication skills which is ideal because I consider communication a personal strength. This claim was validated by my results at my last job utilizing my communication skills and my glowing references.
