SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Leadership and Portfolio Management Experience: Twelve years experience leading a team of junior professionals and managing regional commercial real estate loan portfolios, national residential portfolio and 3rd party investment portfolios, with assets under management ("AUM") up to $7.65B and portfolio sizes up to 750 loans. Experienced with rules and regulations of the Balance Sheet, Separate Account, CMBS, HUD, FNMA, Freddie MAC, UMA, Interim/Bridge and Mezzanine lender. Project/Property Management Experience: Successfully repositioned Real Estate Owned "REO" assets to marketability with average property sales that have met or exceeded book value. Prepared strategy, scope, valuations, time lines, and budgets to rehab property and/or management operations for committee approval. Instrumental in the success of the company's new start-up small loan program (i.e. $2M to $20M) with 3rd party correspondents. Successfully implemented policies provided training developed relationships and established procedures which resulted in 1st year production estimated around $1B. Underwriting/Origination/Closing Experience: Eight years experience in the origination and underwriting of commercial loans for the Balance Sheet, Separate Accounts, FNMA, CMBS, and 3rd Party Investors, with annual production estimated over $1B. Over 15 years experience re-underwriting annually approximately $500M+/- in borrower related transactions (i.e. loan transfers, assumptions, modifications, collateral swaps/1031 Exchanges, etc.). Seven years experience in management of the rate lock thru loan closing process with annual production around $1B. Collateral consisted of retail, multifamily, industrial, office, mix-use facility, hospitality, nursing homes, senior living facilities, etc. Supervisory/Training/Mentoring Experience: Supervised and mentored a team of administrative, technical and junior professionals for 15 years. Established goals, provided guidance and training, resolved conflicts, conducted performance reviews and effected new hires and promotions. Conducted internal and external training sessions (i.e. Valuation Models, Pricing and Rate Lock Process, Lease Abstracts, Yield Maintenance/Payoff calculations, etc.). IT/Computer Experience: Over eight years experience as the business liaison between the IT group and various business groups. Participated in three successful system conversions (i.e. data accumulation, development, QA testing, documentation). Standardized business templates converted key Excel spreadsheets and integrated processes (i.e. Deal Fact Reports, Pricing Templates, Prepayments/Payoffs, Loan Trigger Events, Watch List, etc.).
