I will be finished with the RN to BSN program in June 2012. I have worked many years with the Geriatric population (in LTC, Hospice, and in Dementia care). I love working with the elderly. A career goal of mine would be to be Director of Nurses at a retirement community that has: a Health Care Unit, an Assisted Living Unit, a Dementia Unit, and an Independent Unit. I have been told by staff that have been under me that I am "a good boss."
