Multi-faceted, extensively experienced Nurse of 16+ yrs in pursuit of leadership opportunity

My career goal is to find a company or organization, where I can share my extensive experience, nursing knowledge, compassion, and leadership abilities with others. I feel the ultimate objective in nursing care is to provide unbiased, compassionate, respectful, and appropriate care to all people within the healthcare spectrum. Another critical element of that nursing care is to manage all facets of the care provided, to assure highest level of functioning and spiritual well-being of each individual I encounter.
