Architectural & Solar Designer

My education is in the field of Architecture and Environmental Design. I am highly skilled in design , drafting and construction. I have run my own design and restoration businesses for the last 35 years and am very experienced in residential design, building, construction and contracting. I have spent the last 10 years involved in a very detailed period restoration involving my 1887 three story 11 thousand sq/ft historic home here in Manchester. Recently I finished designing and renovating in period single faced style a 1910 five bedroom summer cottage in the lakes region of N.H. I am a certified solar photovoltaic installer. Having worked for years with builders and having also been the builder, I am well equipped with most every tool needed from concept to execution. I am athletically fit ( with the exception of a short term strained back) and have no fear of heights. I consider myself a meticulous designer and builder and am completely green minded and currently learning all I can about green building. My years of experience have given me a strong knowledge of structure and construction and now know a great deal about electricity and how to properly wire a solar array.
