My relevant qualifications include my Bachelors in Nursing as well as Master's in Forensic Psychology. I also certified as a SANE/SART nurse and am in the process of studying to take my case manager certification test. Also of note is my most recent position as RN Case Manager for Vibra Hospital of Northern California. In this role, I was responsible for assessing my patients physically and mentally as well as learning about their socioeconomic status to determine the best discharge plan to provide optimum recovery from hospital related illness. And during my tenure, I was successful in assisting a number of patients with appropriate discharge planning that included home health assistance with physician follow-up for patients requiring wound vac therapy, ventilator assistance and further physical rehabilitation both in the home and in the appropriate skilled nursing facilities.
