Monitor and Maintain all construction projects in primary flood zones. Review plans for completeness and adequate flood proofing measures per FEMA and Douglas County Flood Plain Ordinance. Review residential building permits for archetectual features, compatiblity of surround elements, setbacks and general development. Work with Management, Adminstrators, Engineers and FEMA to re-write county ordinance with more practicality.
